Rick Gawdat

Rick has over 25 years' experience in business, both local and international, and has held senior executive roles in Sales and Marketing for some of the world’s most well-known IT&T companies. He has successfully negotiated multi-million dollar contracts at all levels and is a seasoned leader of high performance teams who are driven by success and achieving goals.

As an active sportsman, Rick played Rugby League for 15 years and competed in many other sports including amateur boxing.  He is a qualified Rugby League coach  and trainer and is heavily involved in Junior Rugby League today.

As a philanthropist, Rick has walked the Kokoda Track and stepped into the boxing ring to raise funds for many charities in Australia and has raised money for villages and schools in Fiji as well as sponsoring children through World Vision.

Rick holds a Master of Business degree specialising in Marketing. He also consults on Leadership and High Performance Skills. Rick is also a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. He is married with 3 children and enjoys keeping fit through running, boxing and weight training.  

Craig Stubbs

Craig has extensive experience across business, sport and wealth management. He has 30 years’ experience as a senior executive across numerous sectors including financial services, wealth management and financial markets and has held CEO, CFO and Treasury roles.

Craig has played grade cricket and represented hockey at an elite level. He is a high performance Level 3 cricket coach under Cricket Australia. In March 2014, he received his Australian Cricketers' Association agent accreditation.

He is a qualified accountant and member of CPA Australia; and holds a Master of Business degree specialising in Banking & Finance as well as a Diploma in Financial Services (Financial Planning).

He is married and has 3 children and enjoys mentoring people, playing golf and spending time with his family and friends.

Simon Gould

Simon has been coaching Sydney grade cricket for  several years -- he is currently assistant coach with a leading Sydney grade club -- working across numerous spheres including mentoring many of the club's emerging young talents.

As well as being a fully accredited cricket coach, he is also an accredited player agent with the Australian Cricketers' Association.

Simon is an active sportsman, having played and coached rugby union, soccer and cricket at a senior level. He’s also a competitive swimmer and a fully active and accredited surf lifesaver having dedicated many years to surf safety. He’s very involved in mentoring a number of OSM’s athletes.

In addition, Simon has more than 25 years’ experience in marketing and communications. He comes from a background in publishing and event management, with a strong emphasis on sales, marketing and PR in mining, building, logistics, transport and manufacturing.

Bill Anderson

William (Bill) Anderson brings a unique set of skills and experience to OSM, having been a highly regarded educator as well as a professional rugby league and cricket coach.

Bill, who is accredited to coach professionally in both rugby league and cricket (level 3 coach), is believed to be the only person ever to have coached both NSW cricket and first grade rugby league.

He is also an ACA (Australian Cricket Association) accredited player agent.

During his career, Bill has been a television (Network 10) and radio (2GB and 2KY) sports broadcaster and journalist.

He also held senior roles in the NSW Department of Education, rising to the position of Director. During his time at the Department, Bill had responsibility for leading the large team responsible for the delivery of visual and performing arts, sports and conservatoriums of music as well as sponsorship and promotional activities.

Over many years, he has encouraged and motivated students and young adults – and his colleagues – to be as good as they can be, whatever their aspirations.

In addition, he has for many years personally nurtured talented and up-and-coming sports people in cricket and rugby league. Many current state and national representatives have been mentored or coached by Bill.

In 2014, in recognition of his outstanding service to education, youth, sport and the arts, Bill was awarded the Public Service Medal (PSM).

He currently manages Australian cricketer Usman Khawaja, assisting to develop Usman’s profile through media activities and generate support and opportunities through commercial and government organisations.

Bill is greatly looking forward to taking on a key role with OSM and welcomes the opportunity to assist young sportspeople to achieve their dreams.

Mark Cherrington

Mark Cherrington has over 40 years’ experience in writing, marketing and communications across a range of industry sectors, including mining, construction, logistics, transport, manufacturing and exhibition management.

He is a keen sailor, having sailed since he was a 10 year-old on Wellington Harbour, and now races most weekends on Sydney Harbour, both on his own 34 foot yacht and on sports boats.

Mark has held senior positions within the sailing fraternity, and more recently was secretary of Balmain Sailing Club.

He is a founding committee member of the Heaven Can Wait 24 Hour Charity Yacht Race on Lake Macquarie, which every year raises funds for men’s cancer support and research programs.

He keeps fit through running and regular sailing.  Mark is married with two grown-up children.
